What are the steps necessary for getting into treatment?

If you are unsure where to begin with addiction treatment and live in Orange County, you’ve come to the right place.

Below, you’ll find what to expect for admissions into Safe and Sound Treatment’s Costa Mesa facility. But if for whatever reason a Safe and Sound Treatment facility is not a fit for you, your personal Admissions Concierge will provide you with additional resources in order to help you find treatment elsewhere.

1.) Tell us your story

Our Admissions Staff members are available 24/7 to speak with you. This is your opportunity to tell us your story and what has brought you to the point of picking up the phone. Many of our Admissions personnel are in recovery themselves, so they can truly empathize with what you are going through. Give us a call today at (949) 763-5840. Let us guide you through recovery!

2.) Complete your pre-screening

During your pre-screening, your Admissions Concierge will develop an understanding of your clinical needs and the logistics involved with helping you attend treatment at our facility. You will be asked questions regarding your mental state, physical limitations, and any medical pre-conditions that you may currently have. At this time, you will also discuss payment options via insurance or another method.

3.) Receive a personalized treatment recommendation

Based on your individual circumstances and clinical needs, your Admissions Concierge will provide you with a determination of whether or not Safe and Sound Treatment facility is the best option for you. We will review it together with you, and your Admissions Concierge will answer any questions you might have.

4.) Plan your trip with guidance from us

Once you have reviewed your treatment plan and agreed upon it, it’s time to attend treatment. We will schedule your admission, provide you with a packing list, a travel schedule, and any other assistance that you may need in order to get to our Safe and Sound treatment facility successfully.

5.) Arrive at selected facility and begin your recovery process

Once you arrive at Safe and Sound Treatment facility, one of our compassionate team members will be there to take you through a final medical screening, and then get you settled in, and begin your treatment.
